To ensure a seamless pickup, your driver will reach out to you directly a few days before your scheduled adventure. They will provide a detailed description of the vehicle (including make, model, and color), along with clear instructions on exactly where to meet and which direction to head once you arrive.

Yes. Our cruise transit tours are designed as a specialized one-way experience to help you make the most of your travel day. Instead of a simple shuttle, we turn your transfer between the cruise port (Seward or Whittier) and Anchorage into a scenic adventure, ensuring you see the best of Alaska right up until the moment you reach your next destination.

We offer flexible drop-off options to make your transition as easy as possible. We can drop you off directly at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC), any major hotel, or even your Airbnb within the Anchorage area. Just let us know your destination when booking, and we will handle the rest!

In Alaska, the golden rule is layers. Even in summer, temperatures can change rapidly. We recommend a base layer (wicking fabric), a warm middle layer (fleece or wool), and a waterproof outer shell. Don’t forget comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots!

Yes! As we like to say, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad gear. Our tours operate rain or shine, and many of Alaska’s most beautiful sights—like mist-covered mountains and vibrant glaciers—are even more spectacular on overcast days.
